not store customer payment details.
All payments are taken via the Elavon
payments gateway or Paypal.
Personal bank or card payment details are not captured and stored by chealwatch
Limited.

for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual
obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data
controller.
